On behalf of the Society of Surgeons of Pakistan, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the 1st International Surgical Conference 2026. We are honored to host this collaborative event with the SAARC Surgical Care Society in the vibrant city of Karachi, from November 4th to 8th, 2026, at the Pearl Continental Hotel, Karachi.

The conference theme, "Excellence in Surgery: Innovation. Integration. Impact," promises an insightful experience with top experts and renowned specialists from SAARC countries, the UK, USA, and the Middle East.

Our carefully designed scientific program features pre-congress modules in various Karachi institutions, followed by the main 2-day congress, offering plenary and keynote lectures, free paper sessions, and a gala dinner to network.
